The establishment consists of four separate yards, three american style barns and one open yard. All liveries have their own areas for feed and bedding storage and there are lockable tack rooms.

The land is divided into many paddocks and drains well enough to be able to offer all year turnout.

There are two sand paddocks as well as a lungeing paddock which are for the use of all liveries and there are plenty of places to go our hacking in the surrounding areas. There are some lovely longer rides up onto the downs and further.
